Delivery to your home

Delivery within Germany.

We will deliver your purchase within 2–3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address in the checkout or untick your home address as delivery address and enter an alternative address.

Due to the current global situation your delivery may take longer than normal. We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

 

Delivery restrictions

Ordered items can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Germany. We do not ship to other countries (including island Helgoland and area of Büsingen).

 

Track your parcel

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

 

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to HAY BERLIN.
